A lifelong Mid-Atlantic resident, Kevin brings extensive local knowledge, real estate experience, and a strong background in residential construction to every transaction. He has called Virginia home for 46 years, including 30 years in Northern Virginia and 16 years in Winchester, before relocating to Bunker Hill, West Virginia, where he has lived for the past seven years.

A real estate agent since 2017, Kevin specializes in residential sales, luxury homes, and relocation services throughout Northern Virginia, the Shenandoah Valley, West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle, and neighboring Maryland.

With 31 years of residential construction experience, including 21 years as the owner of a licensed Class A contracting company, Kevin offers clients a unique ability to evaluate a home's construction, quality, condition, and long-term value.
